We Need Volunteers!

We need over 130 volunteers to make this year's Holiday Sale a success. We especially need our dads to help with the trees! The trees will be delivered bright and early Thursday morning (8 AM on December 3) and we need a crew of energetic folks to unload the truck and price the trees.  Trees will be available for sale on Friday, 12/4, Saturday, 12/5 and Sunday, 12/6 – please stop by the parlor or visit on line to sign-up for a shift! 

Before the actual days of the sale, there are other ways to help, such as decorating wreaths, making and packaging gourmet treats, pricing items for sale in the gift tent, and transforming the theater into a winter wonderland before the Holiday Breakfast.

Gift Tent

On Friday December 4, each class will have an opportunity to visit the gift tent and buy holiday items for themselves, family and friends.  There will be a wonderful selection of inexpensive items for the children to browse.  If you would like your child to participate, a budget of $3-10 is appropriate.  For the youngest shoppers, place the money in an envelope with your child’s name & give to their teacher.

This year we will also provide affordable, professional gift-wrapping in the Gift Tent – bring all your gifts and we will wrap them up for you!
